Does anyone have any experiences with Mercury Range Cookers / Mercury as a company … my mum who runs a care home is being offered one at a price that seems too good to be true to replace the existing one which has seen better days and wanys to make an informed decision rather than just take what she is being told as gospel … cheers gents ….

    hi

mercury as a company are one of the best if not the best to work for.the appliances are a fair bit more awkward to work on but are ok once youve done one or two.

    reliability they are good .

Their customer care is out of this world.

The only critscism I may express is they tend to put the customer before the repairer, and for that reason their support to agents may be questionable at times. To be honest that depends on who answers the phone.

The machine is good, alignment of control knobs leave a bit to be desired, but they are good payers which is important.
