    I haeve a White Knight CL421 dryer.
    The door wont stay closed, looking at it it looks like the spring isnt strong enough to keep it closed.
    I replaced the whole latch mech(handle,spring & latch) but thats’ not resolved the problem.
    The catch(wong word, the bit the latch ‘clips’ onto) doent look warn out.
    I’ve got the handle taped to the door which is doing the trick for now.
    What else can I try?

    It’s the door frame by the sound of it, the spring has to be “lifted” on to a small tab that protrudes out, it’s probably snapped off. By far the most common fault with door latching problems with these.

    It’s the same one, it fits CL421 as well 😀

    Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for you help the new door solved it.
    Was a pain in the ass to get the spring on the tab but it works!
