    Hello In need of some advice! Two years ago I bought an APM 6823 fridge/freezer from MFI(it doesn’t say what make it actually is). The fridge compartment works fine but up until recently the freezer is not as cold as it should be and only semi-freezes food so am therefore unable to buy frozen foods at the moment. Just wondering if you are able to give me any pointers before I depart from a wad of cash. Many thanks in advance!

    It’s made by Brandt and electronically controlled.

    A total defrost may help if there is an excessive ice build up, apart from that it’s engineer time to be honest.

    Thanks for saving me the cost of a new machine, or a hefty engineers bill. My APM 6823 stopped freezing. Why? Because it needed de-frosting. Many thanks again, if you’re stillout there!
