    Hello everyone,

    I have a Lavamat 6955 washing machine and it comes up with a F8 Error Code.

    The 1500 RPM light and the end light are flashing.

    What does the error code mean and what parts do I need to repair the problem.

    If someone has a service manual they could email that would be very much appreciated as well as I am an Electrician and the AEG support is not the greatest.

    Can you post up the PNC (product code) please from the rating plate inside the door.

    The error code will only be an indication of the problem though, they are only there as a guideline for engineers but it may help as a point in the right direction..

    Hi Dave,

    Product codes inside the door are as follows.

    E-Nr 914-000-0052
    F-Nr 107 / 194-647

    I have also just been on the phone to the AEG distributors in Australia and they have told me that it could be a problem with the MTC Sensor.

    No error codes listed for this model 🙁

    I would have to go along with what AEG have told you already in that case, it’s an NTC by the way.

    Temperature sensor basically.
