    Flashes F4 have replaced rotor motor (stuck) on rinse works fine but customer does full cycle and gets F4 and no drain any ideas

    I had one the other day with f1 on the top one and f3 on the bottom
    f1 is leak and f3 is heater sensed at over 85deg.
    this is with no water in so traced the fault back to bottom programmer ,was sending signal back to base mounted pcb .changed programmer and works fine (apart from split hose) 🙄

    if the rotor spins freely I would try the prog, maybe even swap top for bottom and see if prob occurs.

    F4 – no temperature rise detected when heater on.

    someone remind me how to change the element on this ,I binned all the manuals when D&G dropped them ,Or does someone have a spare CD Rom about ?
