family member announces she has been ‘doing it manually’ for a year or so !

i.e. the programmer does not move on to the next part of the programme unless she does it by hand.

Any clue apart from buy new programmer ?

It depends if it sticks literally everywhere, other components can cause a timer to stick.

If it’s not advancing in any position (even on a spin only) then it may be.

Full model beginning Enr…. to identify further please.

    thanks dave – ENR WFF 2000GB / 14FD7712 02949

After more intensive interrogation – it only sticks on the ‘main wash’ – it moves on normally in the other ares eg. spin

Could be an o/c heater or inlet valve causing the problem.

Power off if you have look.

In that case I would check the heater 😉

Power off please if checking yourself or if you need an engineer, check the repairs@ link below 🙂
