    Can anyone please tell me the correct way to remove the top lid from the Ultima WF860 washing machine. 😕

    Reading your other post I see you have already removed the screws. The lid slides backwards, can sometimes be a bit stiff, a sharp knock at the front usually does the trick. Make sure you remove the plug first. There is no restraint at the top of the drum on these machines so back to front movement is quite normal. look for loose concrete balance weights.
