    Hi the m/c fills then pumps out all day if you let it,I no that these m/c are crap checked all the usual but this is a new one on me thanks barryfast 😥

    F08 Maybe? It has always beent the heater or thermister when i have the fill and drain thing, how many flashes of the light?

    Hi no light on it onley on/off re-set will try heater / thermister thanks barryfast 😆

    Does the m/c fill, stop filling and then pump out

    or

    fill for a while then pump out simultaniously

    or

    fill and pump out simultaniously from the start?

    If the m/c fills to a certain level and the pump kicks in it could be overfilling to the flood protection level on the pressure s/w. Possible duff pressure s/w. BUT you should get a fill timeout error with this condition or an F4.

    If the pump is running during the fill period so that it never fills then it might be short circuit pump triac on the board BUT again no timeout error – why?

    If it fills to correct level and stops. But then the pump kicks in and m/c resumes filling when water level drops it might be worth getting the module checked out.

    Because it is not giving any timeout error code the module sounds suspect anyway IMHO.

    Look for an earth fault on the pump wiring. It might not show from the plug top when empty.

    check valve resistances as if the pump is used as ballast a short could bring on the pump just a thought!!!!!
