    The empty container light is on and the alarm goes off and the dryer stops. I have cleaned the condenser unit and everything else I can think of. Any advice? This happened once before when the machine was still under warrenty and the service guy said a piece of paper had “got stuck in the hose”. I don’t know how to check if this is the same problem. Any advice? Thanks. H

    The pump hose that feeds the container often blocks at the entry nozzle to the water container. Removing hose coupling and nozzle and cleaning therefore is the likely required fix 😉
