I have a fan-assisted Neff oven which is about 8 years old. Recently the fan will not circulate when I switch it on. I have to prod it with a skewer to get it circulating which seems to do the trick. Do I need a new fan and can I get fitting instructions with it please?

Yup needs a new fan motor part no. 096825
No fitting instructions though. If you’re not sure best call an engineer.
Power off first if you have a go.
