    I have just been quoted by Masterpart £18 per catalogue for my three service engineers, there are four catalogue’s therefore making the purchase £216 for the privilege of being able to order spares in the field from Masterpart !!!!.

    For the record the other suppliers gave us a set for the engineers for free.

    Now then what should I do part with £216 or order from the other suppliers???? (Guess what I have decided).

    Seems a bit steep? But I guess extra catalogues are costly to produce but I’m sure Masterpart can do a better deal for you? 😉

    To be fair Masterpart have just contacted us so I am hopefull we can get a better deal. It would be nice to be able to continue the excellant service we have always had from them. 😆 😆
