    I am trying to find a plastic door catch plate for this tumble dryer. The number on the old one is 019/4389/97 which I presume to be the part number. However, I believe this may have an equivalent Hotpoint or Creda number. Can anyone advise me what this is?

    If you mean the white plastic bezel latch cover it is a 1602395. An e mail to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get the wheels in motion.
