HW120M not draining

    I figure the pump is defunct, though I believe there is some action as some water is pumping out very slowly. I can’t see anything blocking the filter up. Tempted to remove and inspect the pump. The black tube that goes up to the top/back of machine from the filter/pump unit may also have something in it. Drainage pipe seems to be clear of obstruction. Pumps rotor spins freely.

    What should I do?

    Sounds like a restriction in one of the hoses. Check out Repairs@ for a speedy quality service. If you are going to have a look yourself, unplug power before checking :zap:
