Went out to to fit a fan motor today.Connect advised me the part no. 92×4079, tried to fit it but it is slightly different to the original.Where the mounting plate screws to the motor, the 3 screw holes on the motor have a raised edge(on the original it’s flat), so when you go to screw the motor through the chassis, it reduces the length of the shaft by about 4mm.This then causes the fan blade to rub against the chassis when assembled.Can any body tell me if A. that is the right part no. or if there is any mod to carry out.
