    hi please can you help!! 😀

    when i do a main wash, and the clock has 36mins. remaining, it flashes error code e20, and then the machine just stops, the machine still has water in it,but the pump wont work to pump it out.
    i then have to drain the machine out manually, then i check the pump filter at the front of the machine, which is clear!!.

    please can someone tell me what to try next. ❗

    E20 is a drain problem, as long as you’re certain nothing is restricting the pump impellor then the pump itself may have failed.

    Inside the door is the product code (PNC) which will be required for identification 🙂

    The pump is £25.88 inc VAT and carriage, an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk if required please 🙂

    If you need help fitting you may be better off to ask an engineer to attend for you, check the repairs@ link below.

    checked the pump, cleaned it, it now works, but makes a strange noise, so i have emailed sales to get a new pump.

    well, the pump turned up, but unfortunatly the post man seemed to have run over it because it was crushed!!, i then emailed some photo’s of the damage to the spare parts sales, and they quickly replaced the pump, so i am just typing to say how helpful, and what a good service i have received from this forum and the spare parts office.
