Hello – have read all your replies re Holmark oven – as others moved into new house no manual but managed to find how it works – model No. 01700101 but timer bell on oven and ignition on gas hob doesnot work and wondered if this works via a battery as on a previous oven I had many years ago, but looked and can’t spot anything.
Would be grateful for your advice.

The timer is merely a mechanical clockwork timer, it will probably need replacing but they’re quite expensive frommemory..
The hob has a seperate power supply (240V mains), it may not be plugged in (fuse blown).
