    This seems to be an on going problem. We have the above AEG auto PNC 914002097 03 Serial 20376119. We have just fitted a new main PCB to it to remedy a fault. However we have discovered that the pcb requires configuring which seems a fairly simple process if you have the 16 digit binary configuration code which according to the technical notes should be on a sticker on the module. There is a sticker on the module with the following information on it:

    TYPE P: 451510700
    TYPE E: 407131893
    SW VER W2C01551

    Really stuck now, any help would be deeply appreciated.

    Had the same problem some while back, luckily in that case i was able to read the code programmed into the old board (which I had to re-fit). If your board is totaled or dead then I am not sure what to do.

    The old board came back to life enough for us to get the code off it. Installed origonal code to new PCB. Tested OK !!!!!
    Phew thank god that one’s done.
