    Our Neff oven door does not close flush to the cooker (suspect it never did as it was installed by a bunch of cowboy builders). Assume this is not normal. Is it a known problem and can the hinches be adjusted?

    No adjustment I’m afraid, probably the hinges and/or hinge runners are worn.

    Pretty straightforward repair, check the repairs@ link below 🙂

    If you’re doing this yourself, complete model (Enr…..) please to identify the correct parts.

    You say it may have not closed since new?

    I have had some from new with underneath chassis damage thus distorting chassis causing closure problems.
