At a house this morning repairing a oldie, but goldie, AEG Lavamat. I had to BER the customers old AEG tumble dryer a few weeks back due to motor failure. She is pleased with the new Bosch dryer but wonders what she is doing wrong as sheets etc are coming out wrapped in a ball, as you always got with the old uni directional dryers.
As I was pushed for time and it is under guarantee, I advised her to watch the dryer to check for reverse tumble and also if the problem persists to contact Bosch.
Model is WTE86308GB/02
Any of the Bosch chaps had reversing problems on this model ❓

Well that is a retrograde step if ever I saw one. What is the point of reversing other than to untangle the washing. When I put two sheets in my old Hotpoint uni directional dryer it used to dry one and roll the other into a damp ball. I used to set the autotimer on the cooker and every 15 minutes rearrange them until they had dried enough to prevent the balling up. This is never a problem on the reversing model I currently have.
Is the extra large size of the Bosch drum supposed to prevent this, if so then it patently does not work. 😥
