KeymasterAfter chatting to the distribution chain it works out that it’s cheaper to deliver into set areas than try to do 2 days anywhere.
Therefore those of you who intend to order an appliance for stock should make yourselves known to us. We have already placed UKW’s order through to the distributors for them to schedule delivery to the businesses involved.
If you want to receive stock in March you need to fill in the order form that will be placed in a post here soon. Remember that we offer you credit terms only if you request and complete the neccessary credit check form. That also will appear here shortly. We have to do these checks to protect ourselves and of course all who trade with us.
Therefore we will be able to establish a drop pattern when we know who wants the appliance, as an example once we have you located we can predicted delivery every Tuesday and Friday, this allows you to work around your delivery days with your customers.Credit terms will be:
All businesses will be allowed upto 5 appliances on credit terms (subject to acceptance), upon reaching 5 you will be expected to reduce your outstanding balance before delivery of a 6th appliance. In all cases outstanding balances must be cleared by the 20th of the month following purchase ie….. All March purchases paid in full by the 20th April.Of course you will be able to pay as you order via credit card and clear balances with your credit card, direct payment will also be accepted. We will pass on our transaction charge to you if you use our credit card facility (approx 2{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}).
Regretfully we will have to monitor your initial orders as we have limited supply in the first two months (350 each month), therefore once they are sold we all have to wait for the next batch. We have continuity of supply in so far as the 1st of every month we will have that months supply ready for distribution. May’s distribution is 708 appliances and Junes is the same , we have to order from the factory on a five month cycle with July’s order due by the 12th February.
So to get it right and ensure we have what you want will require patience from you all. There may not be enough to go round at 1st but we have got limited resources to get this project of the ground, so you can all help by being specific and positive with your requirements. We will of course try to help where we can.
Whilst I know some of you have yet to see the appliance we will try to get round you before the end of February.
The appliance will be at our February meeting, there is one being “crated” delivered specially for us.There will be a couple of links added to this to enable you to return an order form and fill out the Credit application. Both forms are only available here in this forum, keeping this to only those traders who have applied to be agents.
Any questions please ask.
