    It’s stopped working….. The green power light is flashing. I check the user manual but it doesn’t say anything about troubleshooting.

    Can you help?

    Is there a pattern to the flashing light; ie 1-2-3 pause, or is it flashing steadily?

    There’s no pattern – just a steady flashing.

    NTC fault then by the sound of it 😉

    Using the search facility, search for “NTC” (without the quotes) and pick out all the Whirlpool ones, you’ll find te answers there 😀
