    customer rang in with a 12 month old whirlpool washer twice flashed up fault FA which is apparantly aquastop fault. machine is now running ok but what is this? have to admit I dont know and whirlpool wont tell her
    any advice? (might end up having to look at it)

    From the known error codes list Wilf 😉

    FA. OWI failure. Dirty OWI lens. OWI defect or control board defect. Check cabling.

    The OWI is the turbidity sensor (how much matter is being circulated)
