    Anyone tried to emailing Hotpoint from their web site? I have tried three times with no reply.

    I think it depends on the department you are dealing with 😉 as Hotpoint sales are okay but if you register a service call then nowt happens 😯 . Must be a message in there I think 🙄

    Took the bull by the horns (no not mine) and phoned customer services.
