We’ve had our A1435 for just over 4 years. Recently we have noticed that it seems noisier when spinning and the clothes are not quite so dry.
Ordinarily I would assume that the brushes need changing, but not sure whether these later machines use brushless motors or not. Any advice?
    😕

Check the filter first – it’s under the kick panel at the bottom. Failure to clear the water easily can lead to excessive viration and ultimately, bearing failure.

Checked filter – little bit of fluff, grit, etc. but nothing major. Cleaned and refitted.

In that case and with an Ariston over 4 years old drum bearing wear and motor brush failure very common and need investigating next 🙁
