    Hi,

    I have a WIDL 126 S UK Washing Machine. The door mechanism will no longer catch or lock – I think I slammed it and I have damaged the mechanism – so the machine will not start. Do you know where I can get a spare mechanism. I think it all comes as onme unit as I have seen similar on http://www.partmaster.co.uk/cgi-bin/sea … &part=Door however this doesn’t appear to be exactly the right one for my WIDL126SUK model.

    Part number is a C00096865, an e mail to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should do the trick.

    The one in your link is the wrong one. 😉

    Hi,

    I have noticed that the housing for the door mechanism has partly sheared. This is moulded on to the inner plastic ring (Inner Door frame) i.e. the main part of the door which is hinged on to the machine body. Do you have a part number for this so that I can order it from you guys?

    Are you sure, handle kit is around £5.50 to £6.00 +vat. Door assembly is only available as a complete unit, part number C00112088 about £35 to £40.00 + vat. 😥

    I think it’s the door as an assembly on this one, Mike. It’s about £45 from memory, but I can’t find the part number……. 😳 . Bear with us, someone will have it somewhere.
