    Am seeing more and more of the young professionals that cannot be bothered emptying Fluff filters. What do you charge for doing it and is anyone else finding this common?

    Hoardes of Lux EW1200i and Ariston BD’s in Leeds town centre – they pay £40 plus parking 😀 . To be fair, Julia (or I) tell them how to do it on the phone – most of them come back and get me to go. I love them.

    They can afford it, it’s an incompetence problem, they pay.
