Hello,
First post this so please be kind.
I bought a ‘Blue Ice’ 52 bottle wine cooler on E-bay.. Nice looking, smoke glass door etc.. problem is, it simply doesnt get cold !!
I cannott find the manufactuer or distrbuter on the web and there is no instruction manual with the unit. I get power and am able to set the fridge to cool down to 4 degrees on the led unit, it runs for a couple of minutes then cuts out.. there is no cooling at all.
Is this a broken thermostat? How can I go about getting it repaired (or can’t I?) – Most queries I run on the web seem to suggest you cant repair fridges and should buy a new one. Is this really true?
i woudl greatly appreciate any leads or comments from other users. You see these things on e-bay all the time, but I cant trace the suppliers.
(btw – i ahve been offered a refund for this but I would rather fix it if I can!)
