    I have a 2mtre high fridge freezer (5-6 years old) which had the freezer fan replcaed about 18months ago, worked fine for a while now the fridge temp drops to zero when it feels like it and the freezer temp now hovers around -12 setting off the alarm and will not go any lower & totally ignores any setting that I set it at.

    Any ideas what could be wrong, is it worth reparining ?

    Model number would be a help but you could try an overnight defrost after you have found somewhere to put your food. If the problem returns an engineer will be required. Check out Repairs@.
