Due to the young age of these machines I have not had the pleasure before today, went to a Creda TCR2 , element down to earth tripping RCD. The float/pump chamber appeared fairly empty but had a small amount of soggy fluff in the bottom. Now it was a dark kitchen and my torch was fading so don’t think I am a complete bozo when I ask, how does the water drain from the condensor into the small sump at the back, I couldn’t see any hole for the water to get into it with my limited light source. ❓ :clown:

seem to remember having this problem . view machine from rear , there is a passage cast into the plastic base of the machine . it is in the far wall of the float chamber , left hand end near bottom .remove float switch assembly and rod the passage with a piece of wire . remove condenser , reach into the hole and slightly to the right , grasp wire and pull it all the way through . Hope this helps.

There is a small rectangular hole at the back of the condensor chamber access is easier by popping the side panel off it can get blocked by fluff causes moisture to get drawn into the heater chamber, mostly though cause is the condensor it’s not so visible to see blockages on these models.
