    Hi, Please Help

    The Dryer is taking approx 4 hours to dry a normal load

    I have checked and emptied the water storage unit, Cleared the filter, but still no joy??

    Try removing and cleaning the condenser unit, it should say how to do this in the user manual.

    It’s at the bottom of the machine and comes out through the front.
