    Hi Guys

    I wonder if anyone can help. I have a Diplomat APM 8512 Washing Machine which is spinning after its wash cycle but the water isnt draining away. I have tried to start with the easiest solution first and clean the filter but have no idea where to locate it? There is the Filter Outlet behind the plynth at the bottom right of the machine which unscrews and seeps water everywhere but thats all I can find! When I unscrew that nothing appears to be removable? Am I being blind? Anyones help would be greatly appreciated.

    That is the filter Telf 😉

    Check the water outlet where the waste hose connects to the sink (if it does) it may be blocked there, also kinked hose.

    It may be the pump has failed also, if you need an engineer for help with that, check the repairs@ link below 🙂
