Bosch sgs69a02gb/13 not filling with water

Hiya folks i wonder if you can help me please.

I have a Bosch dishwasher and it only fills partially with water
I had it to bits yesterday and could see nothing obvious only a bit of gunk in the top left corner of the matrix.

It is emptying ok and the valve at the back lets water in as it filled the matrix on the heavy rinse cycle.

The sump only seems to half full/ or half empty. depends on how you see life. If water is added the machine cleans as it should.

The model number is sgs69A02GB/13 FD8203 710139

p.s. providing the dishwasher fixes ok can anyone tell me where to get a new doo handle for it as the exsisting one is split.
