    I have a Candy DWI160. The soap tablet dispenser does not open when the machine is running. Everything else seems to be working fine. Does it open when water hits the catch or is it opened electronically? Is there a parts diagram available anywhere

    Probably the solenoid on the dispenser failed – normally a complete replacement required.

    Please put up the entire model number as there are seven different versions of this appliance.

    Thanks for the info. According to the paperwork that came with it the model is DWI 160M. It’s a brown semi integrated. It’s about 8 years old now. Is this any use or is there another number on the back of the machine.

    Yup, p/no for dispenser is 92746387; email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering if that’s what you need.

    Power off when investigating please.
