    When attempting to start a wash by setting the program dial, the programmer dial continuously turns instead of stopping at the program stages.
    Am I right in guessing that I need a new programmer ?.

    Does anyone know where I can buy a new programmer,
    part no. EC 4475.01G14

    Three different versions of this one – pop up the 12nc number please.

    Inner door panel, under kick board, rear of machine, back page of user book – starts with 8…….. 😀
