    Customer is putting on a dark wash and is getting lines (grey-ish) on some but not all pieces of clothing! POWDER or LIQUIDE does the same. These lines are straight but not blochey, will rub of. Also grit residue being left in door boot crease. WHY!

    Hi Bill,
    i hade one with poor wash perfomance and it turned out to be a blocked air vent in the soap dispenser causing presure in the tub due to air not escaping, this made the water pressure sensor think it was full of water but it only reached the bottom of the inner tub. had me baffeled for half an hour before i found it.
