    Hi, my Hygena AHY8101/2 seems to be stick in a wash cycle. It is full of water and will not seem to drain even if left on for hours. Can you suggest anything please. 🙁

    Is the water hot? If not it may be worth checking the heater behind front kickplate and the reset thermostat (press button in the middle) opposite side to the heater on top of the sump unit.
