the 2nd and 3rd lights are blinking in unison about once per second, the sump/drain seems clear, the water has drained but the machine wont do anything. a power cycle or attempted ‘reboot’ (hold program button for 5 sec) does nothing – it just comes back to the two blinking lights.
any help much appreciated

It means it’s not filling basically.
I would check your water supply first of all (kinked hose etc), apart from that a number of things may cause this.
Power off please if you go in yourself :zap: or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer 🙂

cheers for the reply dave,
cant check it form here but water is fine in general in the house. it hasn’t been moved so dont see why the in pipe would suddenyl kink or block but I’ll look tonight. what else might be going on?
