Make and model numbers must be given!

Please give us as much information as possible when dealing with your cooker problems. Usually without the MAKE/MODEL number details we are at a complete dissadvantage. The model number is usually in the form of a fixed plate located on the door frame, door surround, behind the top panel, under the hob unit or even….listed in the documentation you got with the appliance.

If you ask a question, we always will reply…”What is the make/model number?”….please take time to find it in order for us to help you, without that information your chances a very limited I’m afraid 🙂
