Model numbers must be given!

Please give us as much information as possible when dealing with your fridge or freezer problems. Usually without the MODEL number details we are at a complete dissadvantage. The model number is usually in the form of a fixed plate stuck on the cabinet liner behind the salad drawer, behind the bottom basket or drawer, stamped on the back panel or even listed in the documentation you got with the appliance.

If you ask a question, we always will reply…”What is the model number?”….please take time to find it in order for us to help you, without that information your chances a very limited I’m afraid 😉
