    i have a fault on my dishwasher can anyone help? a few times over the last month or so ive had a continuous bleep at the end of the programme and the fault light has been flashing. then last night it was making a heck of a noise and on investigation there appears to be oily deposits in the bottom and the water was filthy????

    Strange one, Can’t think of anywhere you’d get oily deposits from.
    When the start light is flashing you need to count the number of flashes between pauses. This will give the error code.
    If the water is really filthy you need to look at how the waste pipe is plumbed in, if it’s onto a spigot under the sink I’d guess your getting water from the sink drain going back down the drain hose into the dishwasher.

    Thanks ill put the dishwasher on again now and have a look.
