Oh well another lg gone wrong..

This good 18 month old lg side by side is getting too cold in the top of the fridge and not cold in the bottom of the freezer. system seems ok but the fan in the freezer runs for one second then stops and starts 90 seconds later for one second and so on.
Has anyone had this problem B4?
Thought I would ask on here B4 looking at 126 pages on the lg pdf file.
