    Just a quick note to introduce my self, my name is Ian; I own a domestic appliance retail outlet and a repair service in Otley, Leeds, West Yorkshire. I have eight and a half years experience as a Bosch Neff Siemens Gaggenau engineer. If I can be of any assistance regarding engineer test programs, fault codes or advice, then just ask. I will reply as soon as I can but please be advised that I am a very busy person and due to become a daddy for the first time. I apologise in advance if I don’t reply straight away.
