Anyone familiar with this machine. We have developed a knock on the spin cycle? – and consequently nicknamed it Woody. I am aware that there are two shockers in the back but I was wondering if anyone knew which one would be worn. Just saves the hassle of pulling it out, stripping off the back and then determining which one, putting it all back together, ordering the part and then go through the whole cycle again.
By the way this call for help is from Down Under OZ. We colonials are years behind having a forum to discuss our woes.

It’s more likely to be one of the counter wieghts which is loose causing the knock, DISCONNECT the appliance and remove the lid and if it’s dusty in there thats a sign of the problem if they dont feel loose

Has this machine got a joint all the way down the side panels at the half way point?

You have your very own Oz forum down at the bottom of the Index BTW 😀

Well I’ll be rooted – pays to read the fine print on the bottom line…!!
No seam on this one but thanks for the ‘point in the right direction’.
