my Ariston awd 12 has started to fail during all programs. once the cycle reaches the spin it clicks onto the stop dot , the red diode flashed continually (4 or 5 in quick succession) and continues to fill with water and drain. I have removed all the hoses and nothing is blocking it. If i set it on spin only it will spin ok but once it has completed the spin cycle it will start to fill up again with water. I can complete the spin but only if i turn off the water supply first. Any ideas?

Hi,
Count the flashes, is it four or five or more. These flashes are an error code, not always accurate but often a good guide.
A common and slightly expensive cause of this fault is the electronic control module burning across connections, but there could be several other causes including the pressure switch.
Remove plug if you intend to investigate further.
