Deliveries seem to be turning up at any time, no warning and delivery instructions ignored. I know we cannot expect an exact time but the day at least would have been nice.

Hi Mark,
I’ve just checked the order to the dispatch company from ISE (Kilmarnock) and your instructions were not transferred to the dispatch company. So they have not ignored instructions, this time it’s our fault.
However, your delivery days are, Mon, Wed, Friday. To achieve any of the three days we have to order before 1130hrs the previous day ( Friday being the previous for Monday), delivery assumes there is space on the wagon at cut off.
Kilmarnock has a list of everyones delivery days.
Our apologies for the error and I’ll have a word with the “minor clerk” who made the error. 😉

KeymasterI didnt’ transpose the full intruction, no. Sorry, maybe I should have done but what I did do was to leave a note there asking that a call was made to arrange delivery given the instructions.
Obviously that was too simple. 🙄

It seems the full 5 year is the favorite proposition for the customers. Our agent in Hull (who sponsers the rumour mill) has sold 2, both with 5+5 and has ordered 2 more…..

I am delivering my first ISE tommorow is there a handbook on a PDF so I can demonstrate it with prior knowledge
LawrenceMarch 8, 2006 at 8:25 pm #167157kwatt
KeymasterErr, I don’t have a copy to hand here Lauwrence but Kevin may have one as I did scan and mail it him a while ago. Other than that I can mail it in the morning if you still need it.
It’s not that hard TBH and a lot of what you learned on the detergent training will let you pass with flying colours. 😉

Lawrence, my apologies cause I never thought of it……
However the handbook inside is easy to follow and the quick guide is the best route for you to appear (sorry) to be vastly knowledgeable.
Unfortunately I’m away chairing the meeting for Modern Apprenticeships for the next two days…….Kenneth, will you open up one of the Kilmarnock stock and transpose the quick guide onto a PDF and make available as a download from the Ise forum, please 😉
Kevin
