    HI, we just bought a cooker hood from an online retailer. It arrived OK but has no installation instructions or warranty information in the box or packaging. I’ve emailed the retailer for this but no reply. What should I do? THANKS.

    You can download the manual from the sticky “lost your instruction manual” at the top of this forum.

    The rest is down to the retailer to be honest, you can get the Brandt customer support details from the same website as the downloads for the manuals also.
