I have a 3 year old Liebherr fridge KTES1840. I think the thermostat has failed as the fridge suddenly started warming up but the display still showed 4 degrees. Turning it up and putting the fast cool on didn’t make any difference.
I emptied it and gave it a good clean including the drainage hole, but no difference.
I can’t remember if it had a 5 year warranty, or how long it should have been but I need it fixed even if it isn’t under warranty.
I couldn’t get the link to work to other countries on the Liebherr site, so sent them an enquiry which I have had no reply to.
I then tried the web site for the company I bought it from but they don’t seem to exist any more, I did send off an email to their address in the hope that I am wrong but no reply.I think the fridge is working as there is ice forming on the back even though it isn’t cold enough, it is about 10 or more degrees. If I can’t get an engineer can I buy a thermostat and fit it myself?
Any ideas, I did read the previous post on this where at least some advice came from Liebherr which is more than I am getting! 🙄

it sounds like you need an engineer tbh, you say you selected the super cool, well that should override the thermostat, maybe you have a system fault.
an engineer should be able to diffrentiate between a thermostat fault and a system fault.you could try the contacts above, or alternatively, try the repairs@ feature on this site.
