ServicePower Technologies PLC said its Field Service Solutions Division, has agreed to provide web-based management applications to E&S International Enterprises, although no financial details were disclosed.
ServicePower’s said its application will book time-banded appointments in real time and dispatch jobs to ESI’s service dealers.
ServicePower CEO David Brisco said: ‘This win is further evidence of our strong presence in the US, where solutions are currently being used by companies such as Whirlpool, Avaya and General Electric Company.’
