Customer just called, ringing from his office so has no model number. Apparantly has had someone in to clean his oven ❓ . now says that door outer glass is falling of. Anyone familiar with Baumatic, will this be a replacement or will it reseal with a suitable adhesive?

I had these problems beofre.I think when the guys who were cleaning the oven they took or tried to take the door off so that it was easy for them to clean.so it looks like just the hinges came off so you just have to put the outer door hinges in and lock it with the small catch that is on the door hing.
    Hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply, not to sure if that is the case here though, the customer has already tried to glue the panel back on, not to sure if he used a suitable heat resistant adhesive though.

Generally high temperature resistant silicon (labelled RTV in Australia) is suitable for repairing oven doors. Some Baumatic (if the Oz variations are the same) have the brackets glued to the glass and a strong solvent could loosen them.

Jeepers mate, what time is it in Oz. I use Ambersil 108A High temp adhesive. looks like I may need the nail varnish remover to get of anything the customer has tried to use first. 😥
