It started off that the tablets wern’t being disolved and the machine wasn’t cleaning correctly. I closed the door latch with a screw driver and turned it on to have a look. There was hardly any water coming out of the ‘spinners’ and they wern’t spinning. I took them appart cleaned them out and it got slightly better. Took the filter and tray out and took off the small pump cover. Cleaned out around there, put it all back together and it was slightly better but still not as I expect. Now the bottom one spins slowly but the top one is stationary with a small amount of water coming out. It also seems to pulsate what little pressure there is on and off. Anyone got any ideas of what might be wrong?
This is usually caused by a partial blockage in the the transfer pipe from the fill matrix to the sump, causing water to back up in the level control and the machine to underfill.

Really appreciate your suggestion you were spot on. The pipe between the pressure chamber and the sump was so blocked i’m surprised it filled up at all. I’ve now cleared pipe and fitted all back together – good as new. Cheers again, gary.
